There is a story, there always is, about this web log's title. A boy is dismayed by his mother's inane phone call to his father. He uses the allegorical story of a woman calling a man: "Hello, guess what I just saw, A duck! Yes, a duck, and a fly, a duck and a fly." His mother felt chastened and enlightened and went on to sin no more.
